That’s Her Magazine: How did you start out DJing?

DJ SUCH N SUCH: I’ve been in music my whole life; I had a dance group and my own entertainment company back in high school. From there I started touring, opening up for people like Gerald Levert and Frankie Beverly and then one day they said the DJ was running late at FOX Theatre. I went in, worked the ones and twos and it was on from there. I’ve been DJing now for about 8 years and I’m enjoying it. I’m my own entrepreneur and haven’t had a 9 to 5 since 2006. [I’ve also] been touring in and out of the city [and] I DJ for DJ UNK and ITSAGO DJ’s; He just got back from Japan we making moves.
